Epinn® is Cyclomics' cutting edge tumour classification software
Epinn® combines methylation sequencing with machine learning to classify tumour types quickly and accurately. Built for clinical and research use, it analyzes methylation patterns to help identify tumour origin, even in complex or ambiguous cases, with multiple models tailored to different tissue types and sample conditions. Epinn® includes Nature published models such as Sturgeon.

Our tumour classifiers
Sarcoma
Sarcomas are rare and notoriously difficult to classify. Over 100 subtypes exist, and misidentification leads to suboptimal treatment. Our classifier will provide rapid, precise subtyping to support earlier, better-targeted intervention.
Leukemia
Accurate leukemia classification is critical; the distinction between AML, CLL, ALL, and other subtypes directly determines treatment strategies. Our classifier accelerates subtype identification, helping clinicians reach the right therapy faster.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma
OSCC accounts for over 90% of oral cancers, yet early-stage cases are frequently missed or misclassified. Our classifier enables rapid, objective stratification; supporting earlier diagnosis when outcomes are most favourable.
Breast cancer

Breast cancer treatment hinges on molecular subtype; luminal, HER2-enriched, or -/-/- tumours each require a different therapeutic approach. Our classifier will deliver fast, reliable subtype identification.

Custom model
Working on a cancer type not yet covered? We can build a bespoke classifier trained on your own dataset and tailored to your clinical workflow. Get in touch to discuss how a custom model could work for your institution.
